It's Raining Updates

Updated the main page with the latest versions, will be adding direct links to everything tomorrow. It's been busy as usual around these parts as we ramp up development on Vadimus AR and Vadimus Works. I need to add images of the icons to the main page for those and make sure the Privacy Policy and Data Collection policies are very public facing and ready to go before I submit those to the Fruit Company. Still have the Vaguely Stats project ongoing, but instead of a couple of web Apps they've been rolled into Project Gideon as an iOS and iPadOS App (that works on the Mac as well). There just aren't enough hours in the day as of late. I swear.

We've been busy busy busy

Apologies for not updating this more frequently, we've been hard at work getting some more things onto the App Store and have updates coming for pretty much everything else. Xcode 26.3 updates are coming for everything. Vaguely Crosswords is out and updated again, we have an AR Scanner in the works as well as another big App coming (more details soon) as well as a second Crossword Puzzle game App coming out soon too! It's hard to believe we've been at this for 7 months now. So much has been learned and even more new things are in the works too! Staying focused on things has been problematic because of so much going on in the real world. More stuff and a very special hockey stats App is in the works. My pilgrimage to Colorado to see a Take Over Tour PWHL game and the Avalanche play at Ball Arena was fantastic. So strange to experience 75 degree weather one day and then have it SNOW that night. 50 degree temp swings was wild. Back to work! More soon...

Crosswords!

Vaguely Crosswords V1.0 is on the App Store now for iPad and iPhone (the iPad version works just fine on the Mac). Got a new dictionary that should be done in a day or so with 4x the words and a few new features as well as some additional UI and QoL updates. Learning how to utilize LM Studio and created an App that generates the Clues was some masterpiece level of work on my part. It's been a busy busy busy week.

Vadimus Works V1.0 is getting closer. Hopefully by the end of this week that can go out into the world. I'll update more on that project later. The Vadimus AR project is also getting closer. Another week or two for that one. I need to get more sleep while the NHL and PWHL are on hiatus.

PS. It's literally a month from now I'll be somewhere in Denver doing something (hopefully fun) after the PWHL Takeover Tour game. I'm so excited for a non-work trip/mini vacation.

Cross. Words?

I made a thing in my spare time for a couple of friends who love crossword puzzles. But I may have gone a bit overboard.

It's literally a never ending crossword puzzle. And I can't stop playing with it.

Time Flies!

Vaguely Scientific for iPhone and iPad has been deployed and is on the App Store! A lot of work went into making it happen. The MacOS version is still a few weeks away (but the iPad version works on MacOS!).

I'm about to distribute Vaguely Hockey Radio, which is a simple Listen to NHL or Bookmarked radio stations on the iPhone, iPad and the Apple Watch! It works, but got rejected initially because on days with no games, no data is shown. I've added a few things and am still trying to get Bookmarks to sync across devices. Once that part is complete it will get another go.

We've got a few other new Apps coming, one of which is an incredibly difficult undertaking as it is the most complex App we've every tried to build! More data soon as soon as we're out of internal testing. Likely around the middle of February.

I'm 5 weeks or so out from my trip to Denver. Planning on staying an extra night so I can go to the Pens game the Monday after the Take Over Tour PWHL game. You may be hearing or even seeing me while I'm out there!

Peace, Vaguely

Updates, Updates, Everywhere

Things are moving right along now! A few App updates posted today, Vaguely Scientific is finished for iOS and iPadOS but not for the Mac just yet, but we're going to push the mobile versions out this week finally. MacOS needs a bit more polishing yet.

A few updates to the website got done today, but I'm trying to figure out why links to the Apps on the App Store do not work properly so we can link directly to the Apps themselves.

A new App named Vadimus AR is an AR 3D Scanning App that is almost done testing and going out this week!

Getting my planned trip to Denver for the PWHL Takeover game in March is all finished, and I've got an iOS/WatchOS App coming soon that is hockey related (not stats though -yet-) that should be in testing by end of week. Busy Busy.

xoxo, Vaguely

We're definitely live

Updates are coming along a bit slower than expected, however we've just submitted the Lumbercat Calculator V1.2 for review! Should be ready tomorrow or the day after!

The Sports Whiteboard is going under a few quick technical changes (removing coach tools for now).

Vaguely Scientific is in final testing and we're hopeful to have it complete by the end of this week!

The website has had a few updates as well and we'll be adding a few other Apps to it once we've finished up App work.

I think we're live?

Well, we're here at our new home!

Updates to the TXT Ticker and Color Extract went out yesterday (awaiting approval on TXT Ticker 1.5 update).

Vaguely Sports Whiteboard and Lumber Cat are just about finished up with their updates today.

And we're almost ready to release the Vaguely Scientific complete scientific calculator! It's been a long road to 2026, but we're finally here and launching all of our software for iOS, iPadOS and macOS over the next few weeks!

xoxo, Vaguely
